There are individual meters for each unit, so you are charged only for what you use. NEW TENANT/OWNER: Fusion has fibre internet connection, NBN, through TPG and their subsidiary so please contact them to set up an account: tpg.com.au / 1300 720 016. Once you’ve chosen your provider please let the building manager know 0435 861 402 (Johnson) know in advance when they come to connect your services as they will need access to the building’s main connection point.

NOTICE: Dear Valued Fusion Resident, The roofing crew has confirmed their work schedule and will commence next Monday, 18/11/24, from 7am to 4pm MON-FRI. The project is expected to be finished in 1.5 to 2 weeks. The roofers will be starting with the 6x 11,150mm replacement roof sheets. From there, they will move through numbers 21-27 Following on to numbers 17-36 Following on to number 14 & across to the halfway point of the roof & finishing works at number 5/6 Please be aware that this may, in fact, change on the day to reflect weather/wind, etc & this is a guide that they can hopefully implement & stick to.
